PDA Sync via Bluetooth

If you're using a virtual serial port for Bluetooth to sync your Palm with your Windows PC, make sure that the virtual serial port isn't sent to be a secure connection. :) I figured this nugget out after hours of twiddling.

OK, the above directions are for Belkin's distribution of the Widcomm drivers. I decided to fiddle around with Windows XP SP2's built-in Bluetooth support. (For some reason, RC1 didn't install the BT stuff. RC2, which I'm using now, did.) It's really rather good. I can sync now. :)

I can't seem to surf the web anymore. When I try to set up the network connection, the "Routing and Remote Access" service refuses to start and I can't get past that. Any suggestions?
