Update: This entry has been superceded by this entry
OK, Scrivs over at Whitespace whipped up a new style for the WordPress admin interface. I noticed a few problems so I fixed them all (I think). Here it is for download!
Let me know if you find anything else and I'll fix it up! All you need to do is add these files to your wp-admin directory.
Update: I've updated the 1.3 version to move the categories out of the way. Right now, the solution's not pretty, but it will work until there are more styling hooks in the admin interface.
Update: The notification area that shows up after you've made a change is now green too.
Update: This theme will not work for you if you've used Jesuit's custom WP admin theme in the past. Please apply this only to a default WP install.
Update: Seems to be problems with the 1.2 download. Don't touch it unless you want to experiment.
Update: I've incorporated MCincubus's suggestions.

Hey, MCincubus from #wordpress. Try this out:
That makes the regular compose screen look nice. The advanced edit screen is another matter... the f***ing trackback fieldset doesn't have an ID! Instead, it is set to style="clear: both;" which SCREWS us.

What is the error on WP 1.2.1? Also the View Site and Logout buttons are in the wrong place. Also the press it bookmarklet doesn’t look good with the css added. [comments consolidated by Randy]

Yes, that's the main thing. I think BigJibby also had problems with the categories list.

Yo. I didn't even think to check the Press It bookmarklet. Thanks for the heads up. I'll look into it. As for 1.2.1, I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm running 1.3a4 on this blog so I'm not really sure what's up. BigJibby tried it and it didn't look right. I think something in the menus needs to be changed.
The download link still works; you can try it out. If you fix it (if it needs fixed), let me know!

I guess the view site and logout buttons not being the proper place are what have been broken in 1.2
Let me know when it's updated.
