Back to School

School started yesterday and I'm pretty psyched. I actually moved in a week ago and I helped with checkin and a freshman "welcome" program. My classes this semester are psychology, programming, and French. None seems too difficult, which is good because I'm hoping to build my GPA back up this semester (I'm currently at a 2.9 :().

I'm currently vice president of Pine Grove Council which is the student organization that represents the community in which I'm living this year. However, URA has a few open executive board seats and I think I could be of more use on their board. I'll have to give up my PGC position, but I'm not worried.

I'm not a Resident Assistant/Community Manager this year. After 2 and a half years, I needed a break. I'm working as an attendant at the Living Center South front desk this year. The desk is kind of useless this year, since only Living Center North gives out toilet paper and garbage bags now. Basically, I answer phone calls and give out information. Occasionally, people will ask me for a vacuum or a cart but really, this job is pretty boring.

Luckily, we're allowed to use the computer for personal things (I'm posting from work right now) and we can do homework here too, so it's not too bad. :)
